WORST customer service I have ever dealt with not sure who hired these people they suck in sales and and rude and disrespectful the staff does not know how to talk to people. Clearly if they don’t like their job maybe choose another career. DONT WASTE your time here. Cheap quality and cheap staff 0 stars

I ordered one bed set from here. They delivered two night stands of different height. I complained them by email, they did not respond the email. When I asked them on phone, they said you have to bring these in the store to replace. I am not local resident of Brampton. The furniture they delivered is defected with poor craftsmanship. Stay away from this furniture store. Very poor customer service. I will never go back there or recommend to anyone to buy furniture from them.
Bought a bed frame and it broke on 3rd day…very poor quality …they said it’s a strong wood frame but it’s not even wood…you can see in the attached pics…..won’t recommend to go there
ZERO REVIEW FOR THIS I purchased a loveseat through your TikTok promotion, trusting your team’s claims that it was a new, Canadian-made piece in excellent condition. I have WhatsApp messages confirming those promises. What I received was far from what was advertised—damaged in multiple areas and clearly not a new product. I paid $400 for this item and was assured someone would contact me within 24 hours to resolve the issue. It’s now been over 72 hours, and instead of support, I’m receiving contradictory claims suggesting I chose the sofa in person—which is completely false. I’ve never visited your store. This product was selected online and I have proof from day one. This experience reflects a serious lack of transparency and integrity. I am kindly requesting either a replacement or a full refund. If this issue is not resolved, I will take further steps, including reporting the matter and sharing my experience across platforms.
