Sodhi Furniture is one of the best places in the city for high-quality furniture at great prices. The collection is huge from TV tables and modern coffee tables to full bedroom and dining sets, everything is beautifully designed and well-built. I bought a queen bed and a dining set from here, and both look amazing in my home. The staff was polite, knowledgeable, and helped me find exactly what I needed within my budget. I had an amazing experience at Sodhi Furniture. The showroom is huge with a great variety of quality furniture at unbeatable prices especially during the store closing sale. The staff was friendly and helpful and I found exactly what I needed including a stylish platform bed and a modern coffee table both ready for same day pickup. Highly recommend this place for great deals and smooth service.
Don't Buy from Them. Big Warranties but Never respond to complaints. Bought 3 Mattresses 3 years ago with 10 years warranty. They are bad in 3 years and they're saying they can't do anything. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE. BAD EXPERIENCE. NOT RECOMMENDED. I will share this in all the Facebook groups, so that they know bad reviews can affect the business. If you are reading this - you also share with friends. Don't believe in their warranty.
I used to buy all my furniture from them and i have refered all my friends to them..past 11yrs I have been their customer..unfortunately i brought a sectional which developed a tear at corner within the 6 months and after several emails ,today the manager called me..he says" u picked it up so any issues u will have to bring it to the warehouse" ..i said , it was delivered it to me, he promised ro call me back and never called me back ...if they dont remedy it , i will not be taking down this negative feedback and i will create a stink within my entire community about them so that no one goes to them ever..
Extremely rude customer service. We called in advance as we were coming towards their closing time and they told us as long as we get here before 6, they would let us in. We got here a few minutes before 6 and the sales associate saw us through the window and would not let us in. We totally understand that we came a few minutes before closing but we only came because they told us that it would be okay. Definitely taking my business elsewhere to another furniture shop that values their customers and is not rude.
