Poor customer service, we been there on December 10, around 5pm , the turban guy was in the store but he was very busy on the call, he even did not say hi or asked we need, we waited for 5-7 minutes there but he was still busy on call , we decided to leave from there without looking anything, really disappointed, sorry for business owner. And they guys are saying we were there for just 2-3 minutes which is not true. Even if you busy with customer you can just say hey that way we can know like you gonna attend us after call. Really disappointed, never again going there and no recommendation
Any one who need to suu them please put some thing under my review section!! They are more than trash I pay them 3900 to the things i bought and for the assembly they left my 8 months pregnant women without any help! I am 100% sure I will see them in court soon! That’s the reason why they accept only cash! If you don’t have cash they will never help you at the store! Scammers.they say they can’t put the sofa in my house because the door is small, and I call some one to help me and we make it happen!!
This is honestly the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. We ordered a couch, a dining table, and a bed, and we paid extra for delivery and assembly. The delivery guys were extremely rude and lazy. We live in an apartment and I’m 9 months pregnant, and they left the couch in the hallway. When I asked them to bring it inside, they said it was “too big.” I asked if they could at least open the box and remove the legs to make it easier. They said they could, but they would “try” to take it out of the box and set it up. Instead, they just left without saying a word.They left all the boxes inside. They said that we don’t have any agreement to take the box with us boxes and plastic was everywhere. Twenty minutes later, I couldn’t find them outside, and no one at the company answered my calls. Thankfully, my neighbors came and helped me bring it inside. Please, save yourself the stress and do not buy anything from this company. They do not care about their customers at all.
Purchased a custom sofa that initially seemed fine,but soon a dusty, musty odor began lingering. It appears the filling used inside is of very poor quality..definitely below average.The smell seems to be coming from within the fabric, and I strongly suspect it’s due to the materials stuffed inside. Edit: I do have proof of purchase. it's under my husband’s name, which might be why it’s not showing. I wouldn’t leave a negative review without reason. Hopefully, you can assist. I’ll give you a call this week.
Ve careful!!! I purchase a sofa from them. They gave me wrong color. Poor costumer service. I was chasing after them over 10 days. They refused to take it back and change it (everything in the box). They used 10 different excuses. They didn't take responsibility on their mistakes. I'm taking them to court. DONT COME !!! Read the real reviews, It seems that I'm not the only one.
Initially, I was planning to give a 5-star rating—until the sofa was actually delivered. After receiving it, I wouldn’t even give 1 star if that were possible. Dreamland takes full payment upfront, before delivery, and it’s clear they have zero quality control. Once they have your money, their responsibility appears to end. I strongly advise against paying in full before physically inspecting the product at your doorstep. It has now been over two months since delivery, and I’m still chasing them to fix a major defect in the sofa. Their proposed "solution" was for me to return all the seat cushions so they could be re-stitched—leaving me with a sofa no one can sit on, just exposed springs. Completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, Dreamland refuses to take responsibility, blaming the defect on their supplier. According to them, they don't even have quality checks in place—just payment collection. This experience has been deeply disappointing and frustrating. I would strongly caution others against purchasing from Dreamland unless you're willing to risk receiving a defective product with no meaningful support afterward. I AM REALLY TIRED OFF FOLLOWING UP WITH THEM AS ITS MORE THAN 3 MONTHS
