If you read the one and two star reviews you will notice a common thread, poor quality furniture and poor customer service. To. I something from here could end up being your biggest mistake. And good luck getting a resolution from customer service who never seems to be around or respond to email even during their very limited "proscribed" hours. If you're reading these reviews to decide if you should shop here, listen carefully, the answer is no.
Amazing customer service. The furniture pieces I've seen in there are like nothing I've ever seen before in ANY furniture store!! You must check it out! I'll definitely be back to buy more furniture.

Great experience at Concord! After many headaches and wasting energy dealing with Leon's, it was nice to receive such great service. We were shopping for a couch and were shown many options but never felt pressured by the associate to buy. We ended up leaving without buying the couch (because we still had to deal with Leon's) but as soon as everything was settled we went back. Our couch was delivered in under 2 weeks and we are super happy with it!
Poor management esp manager named Norma, only sales guy named Benjamin sendse nice.Missed Delivery times with no regard to time required for customers to come to store mutulplm times to have not their product ready to be picked up.Products are ok but service really sucks after sale... Never go back to this store stacked with unprofessionals
