This is the ABSOLUTE WORST FURNITURE store my family and i have ever dealt with. it has been over 2 weeks and we have YET to receive our furniture. We had ordered 3 bed sets and got none of the above. There were 2 queen sets and one king. They told us that they had the queen sets in their warehouse and we can have them shipped whenever we wanted. The king set was going to take up to two weeks. We had agreed to get the queen sets delivered ASAP and wait on the king. These unqualified sales reps later call us and tell us that of the two queen sets that we were told were complete, they only had one complete set and the other was missing the bed. We still did not say anything and asked them to deliver what they had. We got nothing. The delivery week, passed and we did not get anything. We called and called. Either their secretary would pick up or voicemail. If we got lucky and they called us days later, then we were told that they would call us again in half hour but we would end up waiting for days. Mind you my family, which has kids and full time students who work part time jobs were sleeping on mattresses with their rooms empty. At one point we got fed up and went to give them a visit on for their secretary to tell us that they were not here and that when she called them, they would not pick up their phone. At the end their ACCOUNTANT came out and tried to talk to us. Unprofessional man who doesn't know a thing about business, ethics or customer service for that matter. We were told that he would handle it and call us back. This was 2 days ago. Still i have not yet received my furniture and i do not want it anymore. I would want nothing to do with these unprofessional so called sales reps however they had already taken 19K from me for my furniture making me stuck with no real options. FOR ANYONE WHO IS THINKING ABOUT BUYING SOMETHING FROM THEM DO NOT DO IT. SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME, AND BREATH AND FIND ANOTHER STORE. DO NOT GIVE THEM A DEPOSIT. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCHEMING WORDS OR DEALS. THEY ARE LIARS.
My friend told me about this store. Bad Customer Service from Sales Rep Nav and They didn't deliver his order more than 4 weeks. The staff should be more aware of what they say to customers.

Hi Everyone,I would rate extremely bad customer service of Brother furniture Brampton. Bought 2 bedroom set and 2 queen size mattress. When received my furniture it was not delivered completely one mattress was missing and head board was delivered as shown in pics. I called store immediately girl who picked up phone ask me my Invoice number which i didn't have, she was insisting on it i told her can't you pull it with my name or phone number? She then asked about my complaint and assure me to call back in 5 min. which she never did. After an hour i reached in store and ask Owner whats going on why i was not responded he is telling me she could't find invoice. When i question him about ripped and scratch head board he tells me O it comes from warehouse, I asked him so no one checks it before sending it to customer, after having argument, he never apologies but call guy name Bobby and ask him to help Bobby assured he will send your head board and mattress by Friday if not by Monday for sure. Friday gone Monday gone keep giving me ultimate stupidest excuses Tuesday i called then he promised me for Wednesday no one shows up i really got mad because furniture was laying all over my bed rooms and every time i call them they ask me invoice number and i have to refresh them with whole incident over and over, this is how they treat the customer. Any way finally got my left and replaced furniture, delivery guy just dropped it and when i asked about assembling, which was part of deal he says some one will come and fixed it. Started all over again call them same stupid excuse and no one show up to assemble it.Finally i spend $ 100 called some one and get it fixed.Really had very bad experience. I don't understand about these guys who owns these business,have no business ethics at all. We as a customer have emotional attachment with this kind of shopping when it come to furniture,appliances etc and if anything get mess it really hearts.I won't advice any one not to go here for shopping but would definitely urge all consumer out there we should not pay in full upfront so all these unprofessional business owner will bound to give there services and pay them once job or delivery is done.
Worst customer service ever! For the last 2 months they have been rescheduling our delivery. They tell us one and when I call back that's when they decide to tell me a different day. They never communicate with their customers if they need to reschedule, u must call them to find out. I recomend no one to buy at this store. Horrible everything. I told them I am going to put a bad customer review they said go ahead, they didn't Care. Well guess what did they not only lose me as a customer but all the people I referred to them. Let see how they will act to this review.
