.I’m a very frequent customer at this location, and my experience on December 1st was disappointing enough that I won’t be returning. On November 29th, when I came to pick up six chairs, the store was extremely busy with long lines. Despite that, the associate at the front still helped my husband and me load our car even after he told her she didn’t have to. That’s the level of customer service one should expect. However, on December 1st, while picking up barstools without my husband and 7 months pregnant, I placed the stool in a cart and began pushing it toward the door so I could pull my car around. The manager, Rav, shouted “Excuse me, you can’t take the cart outside,” instead of simply speaking to me calmly or offering a solution. I explained I was just bringing it closer to the door. After bringing my car to the front, I came back inside and was bending down struggling to lift the barstools myself. Another associate, Brittney, immediately rushed over, concerned, and offered to help spmthint you would expect from a manager. Moral of the story: Rav showed zero empathy and even less professionalism. Quick to take my money and remind me of the “final sale,” but nowhere to be found when a 7 month pregnant customer needed basic assistance. Brittney, on the other hand, was outstanding knowledgeable, attentive, and willing to step in when she saw someone struggling. She is the only reason this review isn’t one star. Thank you Brittney for showing what real customer service looks like. As for this location, you won’t be seeing me again. I’ll be taking my business to the Erin Mills store moving forward.
Great location with amazing customer service. The staff is friendly and go above and beyond. I want to mention Toby who helped us today. He took the time to insert missing screws and help us with an item that was the last in stock. He then helped us drop the item to our car. Great store and great location.
Stopped in to look at some curtains. Turned out that they where on sale. Purchased 4 panels and rod. Great savings on quality product. The staff were friendly and helpful.
This has to be one of my favorite stores - this location always has amazing deals and you can expect to see new inventory every few weeks. Friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure the customer is happy with their purchase. Keep it up guys!
They have nice selection of furniture and wall art. They are unable to match their own online prices and ask you to go back hime and order online. And u can pick up the items few days after. I wish they could make this service better by ordering on your behalf or at least match their own online prices.
