When it comes to Furniture I would only say one name Arrow Furniture , and especially their Brampton location , great customer service and quality furniture , sales person Gurpreet Kaur took care of our deal and her great knowledge and expertise helped us gain the best furniture and best value for money furniture. Worlds worst furniture store i have ever seen. I bought a mattress from there and i feel i paid $500 for life time back pain. If u want back pain and tottaly non comfirtable mattress in which you sleep everyday and think about money u wasted then arrow is the best place to buy body pain. Cant afford new matress and cry everyday untill i get rid of this one. Its 5 a.m in the morning. Did not get sleep whole night after hard work and i am writing this review to help other people. I was not willing to give even one star but no choice it was not allowing me to post without it.
Purchased a bedroom set here a few months ago. I was happy with the sale rep and the overall service. Prices were decent as they had a sale going on otherwise they can be a bit on the high end but nothing that's not comparable to the competition. Delivery was on time. Haven't needed to make use of after sale service so I can't comment on that.
Great service. They were able to order a bed for me that was not on the floor but came straight from the manufucturer. Prices were great.
