Sunday, December 13 at around 5:05 PM: I am a regular customer at this location and work nearby, so I visit this store frequently during my breaks. All other staff members provide acceptable and polite service. However, one female staff member who wears spectacles consistently demonstrates extremely poor customer service. This behavior has been ongoing and is not an isolated incident. On this date, her attitude was rude, unwelcoming, and dismissive. She appeared rushed and behaved as though she wanted to leave, despite the store being busy. Her tone and manner were inappropriate for a customer-facing role. Due to her repeated behavior, I have decided to stop visiting this store. This matter requires immediate attention, as it negatively impacts the customer experience and the store’s reputation.
Worst store I have ever visited in my entire life poor staff poor costumer service I asked for lechee crush they gave me a smoothie and denies to change it no refund no order change nothing entire staff was so arrogant and rude
Nice fruit juice shop available at Shoppers World Brampton. Staff are good and helpful. Prices seem little higher. Very nice ambience. All the juices we tried were so yummy.

I’m only giving this a 2 star because they switched their straws and it’s absolutely horrible to drink out of it, you can’t get any tapioca out of the straw because it gets soggy and ruins the drink, the drinks itself are amazing but poor execution with how customers can drink it, it ruins Bubble tea.
This is the perfect place to get a refreshment after a hard days work. The workers were friendly, and snappy with my order. Their lounge area is also very comfortable. I highly recommend visiting!!
All I can say is wow I got the mango drink and man was it good all the staff were really nice and I would highly recommend if you just want a quick place to get a wonderful drink
