I came here yesterday and It was my first time trying this place. Maria made the experience very pleasant. She was very patient, kind and pleasant. She encouraged me to expand my horizon and try new things. I’ll definitely come back because of her. Thank you Maria
First time going there last night, a friend wanted me to try. Got a strawberry slush and the next morning when the slush had melted I saw a dead bee in my drink. Absolutely disgusting.
Normally I love this location as it is one of the better ones in the GTA with great customer service and drinks that are properly made; however, today I’m feeling pretty grossed out as halfway through my tea I found a fake nail in my mouth. My server was a guy with no fake nails so someone else must of lost a nail in either the tapioca or the tea by accident.
I must say I have been to A LOT of bubble tea shops BUT this particular shop gets it RIGHT every time! Best bubble tea ever! I buy 2-3 every Friday. Staff extremely friendly and welcoming. If the kungfu tea app is malfunctioning staff will give me same discounts as on app.
I bought 2 drinks and they were wrong so I had to drive back and get new drinks. Then when i came back to get the 2 drinks replaced the employee tasted the drink with a spoon and put it back in the blender to pour out the drink in the cup. I hope health inspectors see this. Also they refused to provide a refund then when i was about to leave the offered me a gift card. This place is unprofessional as the same employee that served me had the audacity to message on my personal phone. He retrieved my number from the company’s phone log asking me to take down this review…
Superb location with very informative staff. Very tasty Boba tea and the portion size was decent. Prices are a little steep, especially in these times but you get a good quality drink regardless. Make sure to sign up your phone number for their rewards program.
Staff were really friendly this day. Location is always clean as well. Drink in the picture is a mango slush with strawberry purée in the cup. My new fav!!!
