I visited to mo cha bubble tea for the first time and loved there drink and Tanya was very good at explaining the drink and she suggested me the best drink, I will visit soon.
Stopped by with my 2 young daughters and Gunjan went above and beyond to make their visit special. She was kind, courteous and genuine. We will definitely be going back.
The bubble tea here is always fresh and delicious, but what really makes the experience special is the amazing staff. They’re friendly, quick, and always greet you with a smile. A special shout-out to the girl at the counter today — she was super polite, attentive, and made sure my order was perfect. Great service all around!
One of the worst bubble tea i ever had. It was supposed to be real fruit but it was a very bad artificial flavour and very sweet. Tried 3 different flavours and all were same.
11/10 for their mango dragon smoothie. They also gave me a free taster for their new real fruit/vegetable juice which starts next week. 100% natural 0% water 100% delicious!!! Highly recommended!
i love coming to mocha and my fave drinks are the green tea mango and dragon fruit! they have sooo many options, chocolate drinks, milk teas, smoothies, even cheesecakes! Noor has great customer service skills and makes my drink exactly how I want it!! I'm gonna be a loyal customer
Blind leading the blind. The staff working had a look of panic on their face. And was trained by someone who still needs training. 3 mistakes within 10 mins. When I got there a customer ordered Thai milk tea. They got taro instead. It was nice the drink was remade and that they got a free taro drink. Now with my drink. I ordered a milk tea with grass jelly. They gave me green apple popping jelly instead. I asked if they were sure. The staff said yes.. Why lie to the customer and tell them they're wrong? I really wish there was a closer bubble place to me. Because this isnt the first time I've had a bad experience. One time hard tapioca. The other no milk tea was available. How do you not have milk tea? It's literally milk and tea with sugar..
