Gong Cha is seriously low-key underrated! Their bubble waffles are always fresh, warm, and perfectly crispy on the outside while soft inside — the perfect base for any dessert craving. The mango drinks are refreshing, rich in flavor, and not overly sweet, and the tapioca pearls are consistently chewy and fresh. There is a great variety of choices for both classic and unique flavors, and everything is made with care. Clean location, quick service, and high quality every visit. Definitely a must-try spot for bubble tea and waffles lovers!

The associate screwed up my friend's and my order twice. We tried to get her to correct it again, but she didn't. I'm done with this place. I'm not coming back.

Best gongcha I have ever been too. Everytime I go food and drinks are great and the customer service is off the walls. Eric and Victoria are the nicest servers I have ever met. And the place is spotless 10/10

The environment is very clean and well maintained, with nice minimalistic and warm decorations. Workers are very friendly and are very flexible in changing order toppings. Thank you for the amazing experience.

This is my favorite Gong cha location. It has the #1 milk tea in Brampton, and when paired alongside the service and speed of the workers, it could contest the best boba place. Keep up the good work!!

drove all the way here at night because on google maps it said they were open 24 hours but they weren’t. was really disappointed please update your hours on google maps

Hi there There is an error if you search through google map that it will say we are open 24 but if you search through google itself, our correct hours are posted. We have attached a picture notifying our hours. We had customers notifying us the same error and we are trying to get it fixed. Thanks for your feedback .
