Had the besttt experience at this location, and I’ve been to many other stores all over the gta! I’m telling you my bubble tea slapped unlike any other… if you’re looking for a suggestion for THEE summer drink, try the ✨mango pomelo smoothie ✨ ?fresh mango ?pomelo gems ⚪️sago ?coconut milk Absolute banger!! I have the app and always order for pickup so I don’t have to wait in line. When I walked in, the lovely workers immediately greeted me which was so nice bc I find it’s rare… and they had my order ready to go! So big shoutout to the staff, I hope they are being compensated fairly! Anyways what topped it off was that my drink was also free because if you use the app you get a free drink for every 10 ordered. If you go in groups or dates it’s pretty easy to rack up lol and getting a free drink these days easily makes my day!
Love CoCo! This particular location actually had what I was looking for (the Mango Pomelo Sago Smoothie—2 other CoCo stores had told me they didn’t have it anymore!)! PLUS they had a specialty menu, where I was able to try a Pearl Milk Tea Slush! MADE MY DAY! #delicious
My first time at this location and it was amazing . I had filed my tax returns at the H&R block nearby and wanted to celebrate and I came here . I am so happy with the Mango slush . I will visit again , the staff were really friendly and hospitable.
We ordered Taro and Matcha bubble tea, but the staff was so rude with us and when we asked for the bag or tray she denied and when I asked for it that I have to carry it to home , they told us that it’s charge extra 0.25 cents. I mean seriously, I have never seen a drink place, which charge you extra for bag when you order drinks from them. Never going back there.
I brought up the issue of the chemical taste in the milk tea I received back in January, and someone promised to let the store know, but I never heard back. At the very least they should have issued a refund. Not as creamy as it used to be, and the diameter of the straw is too small for the pearls. The pearls get stuck at the bottom tip of the straw.
Some ingredients not available at this location. Been here few times. Drinks are ok, but staff needs to be more pleasant. Yesterday they had no air conditioning.
FIRST AND LAST TIME GOING.Bought a medium strawberry slush, was so sugary and total artificial taste, took 3 sips went back and told them it was horrible. I started to order another drink thinking they would replace it. Was told we don’t give free drinks. I thought I would try them out since it’s new. Even my little kid who is 2 went past their table boundary and was somewhat yelled at for letting him past there and told to Come back right away. It was just a selection that is blocked off where table seating is and washroom. Wish I would have just gone to real fruit in shoppers world. Coco is just artificial trash.
