I’ve given this place several chances, but unfortunately, it consistently falls short. The service is extremely slow, even during non-peak hours. It often feels like the staff aren’t in a rush to help customers, and wait times can be frustratingly long for something as simple as a regular milk tea. On top of that, the customer service is lacking. The staff are not particularly friendly or welcoming… no greetings, no smiles, and minimal communication. It’s hard to feel like your business is appreciated when you're met with blank stares or dismissive attitudes. To make matters worse, there are frequent mistakes with the orders. From getting the wrong sugar level to missing toppings or completely different drinks than what was ordered it’s become too common. The drinks themselves are okay when done right, but the overall experience just doesn't make it worth coming back. Other CoCo locations do much better.
Visited today around lunchtime and there was 1 guy working but a group of 6 people ordered right before me! The guy working was so fast and efficient at making all the drinks that I only waited less than 10 minutes for my own drink. I got a passion fruit green tea, half sugar with brown sugar pearls and grass jelly and it was made to perfection! Thanks for the great service. I will definitely be returning.
Ordered 3 guys large with 50% sugar and no ice! The jelly are spoiled and the pudding is worst ! It tastes and smells bad! Spoiled jelly, pudding and boba!
I am not sure if the older man was the owner, but he was so kind to me and my friends. I normally don't write reviews but truly he was a great person and had one of the best customer services.
Great bubble tea, however, they initially refused to split one bubble tea into 2 cups for my 2 toddler children, which I explained would not finish an entire drink. Other CoCo locations had no issues. I ended up asking a second time, which then they offered a second cup without a lid which would not work for toddlers. They then said I could pay 25c for an additional cup. Common CoCo, it's just a paper cup. Otherwise one staff was nice, the manager or supervisor not so much!
It's bubble tea but more modern. Unlike typical bubble tea places, which usually only use powders for their drink flavouring, Coco fresh juice and tea adds slices of fruits into your bubble tea (depending on the drink). This intensifies and adds extra flavour to your drinks. I would choose them again whenever I'm craving a thirst quencher.
They are so slow and unorganized here. I went and there were people who ordered online and it said that their drink was ready however upon arriving they were told they'd need to wait another 15-20 mins because they didn't even start making their drinks as yet.
