I wish i can give -negative stars to this store the previous owner was best and cooperative in every manner but now they don’t even know how to keep and deal with loyal customers. I bought this Elf Bar GH20000 (Grape Ice) from Conservation Vape Store just 10 days ago. It claims to have 20,000 puffs, but after only using it down to 53% (47% still remaining), it completely stopped working. Now it’s misbehaving, and I can’t even take a single puff. Paid $40 for it and it’s already useless. Totally disappointed and feel like it was a complete waste of money. Would not recommend.
I have been a loyal customer to this shop for years now. I always received amazing customer service, I had no complaints about this shop. I referred one too many people to this vape shop because the experience was like no other. Just recently, maybe the past 4-5 weeks, all my good perceptions of this shop have been gone down. These new employees do not know how to talk to customers or meet the demands of customer needs. I always purchase the same thing once a week and never had an issue with it being out of stock. Past 4-5 weeks my product has been out of stock and everytime i got there, i get told to come back after X amount of days. Which i do and everytime i come back i get told the same thing. Just now to realize this shop has a new owner that gives no shit about customers. Good luck to him running his business because he can’t even keep up with the demands of customer needs. Let alone hire employees that know how to speak to customers
Terrible owner doing shady stuff, says closes at 11 but told me closed at 930 pm while having 10+ people in the store, wouldn’t take your business here
Called to ask if they have a vape in stock. Gave the name of the brand and before i could even finish telling them the flavour they say we have it u can come in and take a look. And then hung up. Its 2024 It makes sense to call ahead and ask if u have something in stock before physically coming in for a purchase. Whoever is running this shop needs to take a few classes in customer service.
