This was my first experience going into a vape shop. A very lovely lady named Kylee served me and was kind enough to explain everything I needed to know about vaping to a complete dummy (me!) she got me started with a not too expensive vaping kit and explained to me the different strengths and flavors and all that sort of thing. I highly recommend the store

I recently visited 180 smoke and I have to say, the customer service was outstanding! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and a genuine offer to help. The staff was super knowledgeable, patiently answering all my questions and providing helpful recommendations. It's rare to find a place where you feel truly valued as a customer, but Bryndon at 189 smoke definitely nailed it. If you're looking for a place that goes the extra mile, this is it!
So 1 year later I feel the need to UPDATE my original review. Unfortunately this location has done nothing but CONTINUOUSLY DISAPPOINT. They NEVER have the flavour and strength I smoke, and despite being told by many reps that I would be contacted when they get it in, I have only once received that contact and that was a year ago. So sad, this location is mid-route to somewhere I travel to every week but now I must drive to another location (extremely inconvenient), to make my purchase. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED & Frustrated with their continued lack of supply and customer service. I will not return here and I am now looking to find a suitable replacement juice from ANOTHER SUPPLIER that IS NOT 180SMOKE VAPE. I have been buying my vaping products from 180 Vape for over 10 years now and they have lost a longstanding customer and advocate of their business. C'est la vie Bye bye
