This location is awesome. Ray is extremely educated and patient. I had a hard time choosing which option to go with & he gave me a really thorough breakdown of everything I was interested in. Not once did he make me feel rushed or like I was being annoying. Amazing customer service and I will come back to this location every single time.
My experience at this store was very frustrating. I purchased an electric cigarette based on their description, but the product I received was not at all what was advertised. It feels like a complete waste of my money. The store's practice of misleading customers is unacceptable. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this shop.

Owner is such an awesome dude. Let me behind the counter to see the flavours as I did not have my glasses. Also got some insight on the vaporizers that are best nowadays. Also fuse ball and ping pong as well as couches to relax and lounge in . Really awesome place, will be back !!

The most disrespectful and least pleasant vape store customer service I’ve ever encountered. Everything is hassle. Simple questions are answered with contempt. And if this particular sales person (bearded) answers incorrectly or misses something vape related he’ll continuously lie like a toddler as if he just told you the correct answer all along. Absolutely mind boggling. I’m a customer not a psychiatrist.
