Shitty place i bought the vape and it didn't work after 6 hours when i go back to store some guy over there was like we don't do returns i mean then don't sell cheap products and fake things such a shitty shop i would recommend not to go this shop
Came here around 1:30pm, there was a sign on the door saying be back in 15 minutes. Waited 20 minutes and no one came, so I ended up going to a different store. Not sure why you wouldn’t hire more people to keep the store open, especially in the middle of the day. Wasted my time and I will not be coming back here again.
Walked in today just looking for one of my usual brands, was helped by a great lady ! Even tho I was dirty from work, was treated like a prince! Give that girl a raise !
Worst customer service. We found out our vape as burn so we called them to either replace it or for a refund they didn’t pick the call on that day and on the next day they said they can’t do anything. I will never trust on this vape store again. Disgusting attitude and worst vape store i have ever seen
I have ordered from Canvape quite a few times and never had an issue so when I noticed that they had a location in Brampton, I was happy to go in and see it. There were two employees in there and one was too busy watching TV and acted like I was bothering him. He’s probably the owner or the owner son because he just thought that he was too cool to answer my questions It’s strictly because of him that I would never go back.
I've been coming to the Brampton Canvape location for a minute now, and they're service has been amazing. The 2 employees I usually come across are Gavin and Devin, they have a great attitude, are exceptionally respectful, and always have the best recommendations. Best vape store I've been to 5/5.
Paid 15$ for the fastest shipping and they shipped it to BC instead of shipping it to me in Ontario. I emailed to ask them and they say they've completed the order and nothing they can do. So now i'm out 60$ and no vape coming. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
