guy has 0 customer service acts like his prices are for the people lol, tried calling me dumb for saying his certain product being over the regular market price, told me i’m a liar even tho i wasn’t talking to him, was having a conversation with my friend and he felt the need to jump and insult me for stating my opinion, owners need to understand that we are in canada and freedom of speech is a right. Will not be returning ever.
Went in to buy a vape a couple days ago owner was very rude from the get go. I asked what flavours there are of ovns and he said I need to know before hand. How would I know the flavours if I don’t see them? What vape shop doesn’t let you see the flavours. Also, past interactions with this business owner has led me to leave this review, I usually don’t leave reviews but man is the customer service a mess here.
Really nice place to visit store JJ having varieties of alcohol products vapes drinks and many more items plus great customer service ..never get disappointed by any person working here ..will visit again and again..
The elderly man who worked here gave us a deal. Me and my friends are coming from the park (red Willow) and my friend brought $20 for everyone (5 people). So, we were just $5 off and the man said "I'll cover it" and it made our day. That man also did the same to others as I saw (Only nice people). Me and all my friends were saying "5 STARS FIR REAL". He smiled and now I am writing a 5 star review. Thank you worker. Saved the group
I WOULD WANT THE OWNER OF THE STORE TO LOOK INTO THIS MATTER…! This girl HARMAN is a super rude arrogant girl who doesn’t know an inch of customer service…! Mr. Bashar you’re gonna loose all your customers if such employees continue to work for you..! I would never ever step into your store again. THIS LADY HAS NO SENSE OF ETIQUETTE.!! And would talk with her fake accent.! Also, i would warn all the people I recommended your store to, not to visit it again….!
The girl working evenings here Harman is very rude, no customer service at all. She doesn’t know how to treat her customers right, message can be conveyed in a polite manner but she wants to throw away her customers. Expect better from someone who’s in charge of the store. I would request the owner of the store to please teach their staff some manners and how to treat their customers better. It’s not the first time I am going to the store, I’m a regular there and this is how old customers are treated. What can I expect for newer customers. AND I WOULD VERY MUCH LIKE THE HANDBOOK SHE WAS REFERRING TO. Shame on such people spoiling our community’s name, such aggression will take you nowhere. The store manager look into it and walk your staff through the basics on how to treat a person if need be, they really do need it. And who are you calling a thief, go ahead post the video and share me the link. I’d like to see you WHAT YOU CALL STEALING. And if you need classes for English, let me know as well. I think you’re pretty limited vocabulary. No manners no etiquette’s, have never in my life seen such disrespectful staff. SHAME ON YOU, get your eyes checked and never returning here.
