Customer service at this location is amazing. I was very satisfied with my visit. Vesh, one of the workers there is very educated about the product the store sells and he's advisable when recommending products to customers preference. My 5 star rating would be an injustice to the service I received here.
Amazing service and great quality product for very competitive pricing. I have been a regular customer here and will continue to recommend this to all my friends and family. He greeted me right away, asked what I was looking for, and was talking to me about his day and we had a nice conversation about our weekend. Instead of rushing the interaction, he explained the differences between a few options, gave honest recommendations, and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. The whole process was smooth, friendly, and genuinely helpful. You can tell he knows his stuff and cares about customers having a good experience. Got new geek bar vapes in in a timely manner, very impressed, for some reason other shipping methods that are used by your company, to get packages to Ohio takes much longer to get Products here, this is something that I would take up with the USPS services. But I will consider ordering from you guys once again and then near soon future, but my expectations are very low in reference to the regular shipping method with the USPS
