Probably the best gas station in Brampton with the friendliest staff. Tanveer always has a welcoming smile on her face and she’s always friendly and helpful making my visits to this gas station very pleasant.
Absolutely the best gas station experience I’ve had! The night guy, Rudhar, is incredibly helpful, polite, and always greets with a smile. Keeps the place clean and well-stocked. Five stars!
Should’nt have people working there who don’t know what they’re doing and who can’t speak English. PRIYA plain simple doesn’t know how to do her job, couldn’t give a basic CAA discount & is asking me how to apply the discount. Yet she seems pretty busy on her phone making person calls. Yes I understand hindi and punjabi.. this location is scammy, disrespectful & don’t know how to do simple transactions. Will be following up with the shell company itself because even the manager is very disgusting & disrespectful
I go to this gas station regularly but whenever I go after 12AM and it’s always the guy with a turban, probably because he works the night shift. The amount of times I have been, and the doors locked and he’s never there and I have to wait for him to come out of his little corner room. It gets very annoying. Also if you ever go in, he always has his airpod in his ear and on a call, and doesn’t understand half of what you are saying. He really needs to be talked to.
I usually do everything at the pump when I get gas. But this time I thought I might have lost my debit card at the station so I called later to ask if there had been any cards taken to the lost and found. The attendant who answered the phone seemed cheery at first but a few seconds later, when she wasn't understanding me, she cut me off when I tried to reword my question and said, "I'll talk to you later," and just hung up on me. She didn't take my name or number. The whole call was 31 seconds. That's how much she tried to understand and help. Disgusting service.
The employees are less than competent. I had a guy try to rip me off this morning. It was early and I had to pay first at the window from outside. I gave him a coupon. He entered the full price ($20.00) into the debit machine.. I questioned him about it. He said that the pump would dispense more than 20 to give the discount. This didn't seem right to me, but I went back to my car to put my gas in. When the pump stopped at 20, I asked him about it. He proceeded to say I must be wrong and refused to come out and look at the pump or give me back my coupon. Another customer that had been in front of me was also arguing with the guy to give me back my coupon. He attempted to pick up her receipt that was sitting on the counter and show me the discount. I took out MY receipt and showed him. He decided now to say I never gave him a coupon. It was a ridiculous mess! I won't be going back there.
