I first went to this location and for a screen repair for a tablet. Initially I was told it would take 2-3 days. It took a total of 7 days to get it back because they broke the screen they were replacing it with. I had to keep checking in to see when it would be completed because I was not being updated. When I went to get it the battery was dead and he told me it was fixed and could check it when I get home. I refused I wanted to ensure it was fixed so he charged it for 10 mins so that we can check. In the end he ended up bending the tablet so the screen didn’t snap in correctly. We ended up snapping it in fully. We were also told there was warranty on the screen. He did not elaborate on what kind of warranty it was so the assumption was if anything happened we could come back. 2 weeks after the initial repair there was a screen crack. We were slow to take it back in to be fixed but we were within the 3 month warranty period. We were refused the warranty today, he said he would have replaced even if it was a scratch and then we were told to talk to him nicely and we should ask nicely. I did ask nicely. He refused and it escalated. So confused by this interaction and annoyed by the unclear communication. Won’t be going back.

I went for a screen replacement and as well as they gave me a new screen they did not in fact fix my screen. They actually probably made it worse. When I came out of the screen replacement, 20 minutes, later my phone started acting up and pressing buttons on its own. Even locked me out of my phone many times. Took it in to get repaired again and they said they see nothing wrong and gave it back to me. And a day later it went back to clicking buttons or not even recognizing my hands when I’m sliding up or when I’m sliding to the side. Just very frustrating I don’t think I’ll ever go back and now I just have to sit frustrated typing and retyping things on my phone until I decide to get a new phone
Got a battery replaced here. Get a 30 day warranty. Asked if the battery was OEM and they said yes they use genuine parts. So I went with it. After exactly 2 months the laptop shuts off randomly and keyboard started glitching more. Even if the battery is 100% the laptop would over heat and randomly shutoff. Would NEVER trust the shop or their fake or paid reviews. Don’t bother telling me to contact your customer service to help me out. Don’t want to come again to get my parts stolen again by calling it a help. True work will bring you true customers by referral.
