Really poor service!! The man is just lying that he’s not at home because he doesn’t want to face the customer. He said he installed original parts in my phone but today i went to other repair centre they told me that he installed the fake battery not the original one. Dishonesty of work, totally unprofessional. Never recommended?
They are unprofessional and will damage your device. Don’t go there. I lost my surface pro just because they tried to learn battery replacement on it. They kept it with them for 2 months saying taking second opinion and making it work. Nothing happened. They gives an answer they ordered parts and will come in 48 hours then will give a call after replacing parts, no one will call. When you call after waiting for another week they will just start arguing saying they are well experienced and they know what to do. Pathetic customer service and 0 knowledge on the service.
