It ain’t easy to find someone reliable, knowledgeable and above all someone who doesn’t want to burn a hole in your pocket. I had 3 broken laptops. Thanks to my kids?. When I showed it to Karthik. He used the parts from the completely broken one to fix one computer and recommended using an external screen for the one for which screen was busted. So now I have 2 laptops which are working amazingly well. He barely charges anything for the repairs. I’m so grateful that I found someone like him. Karthik is very helpful and a very humble person. It's my 3rd time going to him for repairs on my devices. This time I asked him to fix something on my MacBook that's 11 years old. And the apple store denied to fix my laptop but gave excuses instead. But Mr. Karthik fixed the issue in my computer and I can still use my laptop as if it's brand new. He updated my hard disk, RAM and softwares. I'm very pleased with his service and he gave me a very reasonable price. I highly recommend anyone with tech issues to go to Mr. Karthik for repairs!
I could only give 5 star as there were no more star available. My dead laptop was alive again within 1 hour and it is super fast now, that too without any expensive modification. response time - quick behaviour - professional and friendly location - convenient contacted him from FB marketplace for laptop battery replacement. felt bit uncomfortable initially when he mentioned that u will have to give the laptop and wait outside. but took a chance after meeting him. clean and genuine person. he kept sending pics of each step that he was doing inside with the laptop. that was quite impressive, i didn’t expect that much transparency but it gave a good feel that it’s in safe hands. it took him barely 10 mins and came back handed over the laptop. very pleasant experience.
