Please avoid this place for any laptop or phone repairs so I dropped my laptop off because the technician wasn’t in yet so the guy said you can leave it and he will come and he can check it out and give me a quote or tell me options of repairing for a cracked screen nothing technical to the point have to take apart to see anything inside the laptop but without my consent he went on and took everything apart of my laptop please avoid I seen other reviews here also stating he goes through your privacy all your data be aware!! PLEASE AVOID!! ALSO ALL DATA WAS ERASED WHEN GIVEN BACK PLEASE AVOID!! REASON WHY 3.9 STAR RATING I SHOULD OF SEEN EARLIER
I arrived today this place at 8:02 Pm, I want the charging cable. This store closes at 8 Pm he was right but he said me the store was closed, so he didn’t give me anything and immediately a girl reached there and without ask any question he opened the door and gave her what she wants. The main thing is that he did Bais with me This thing is not good for him. I don’t know why he did that
Total scam. I went to do a return for shein. The website clearly says they will print your return label — but when I went to the store, I was charged $1.13 for it. When I questioned it, the staff bluntly told me, “The website says we print the label, not that we do it for free.” That’s intentionally misleading. If there’s a fee, it should be stated clearly and upfront — not sprung on customers at the counter. Feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. To make matters worse, when I asked for a receipt, I was told, “We’ll send you a message that you dropped it off.” No actual receipt was provided. Completely unprofessional and shady. Extremely disappointed and will not go to this store ever again.
Avoid this place for basic tech services.** They quoted me **$50** to install Windows onto the *flash drive I already provided them*, claiming it would take 'a day' and I'd need to pick it up tomorrow. The reality? This is a 10-minute task anyone can do with a quick online tutorial. I had the drive and the know-how (I just needed a computer with windows) they were just trying to massively overcharge for near-zero effort. $50 for 10 minutes of work using my own hardware That's not service, it's a scam. Save your money and do it yourself or find an honest shop.
I fixed my phone from this location. I am very happy and suggest to all if you have any issue on your phone or laptop these guys are professional to fix problems
Wow, I’m honestly disappointed by this location. They fixed my laptop and phone, however they breached my trust by leaving a fake google review with my phone. Also, on top of that they verbally and the receipt the remaining balance is $160. However, in person he charged an extra $20 for “taxes.” I feel this was due to the fact that I handed him a $200. Go at your own risk and only provide exact change for your bill.
He posted a fake reveiw using my account when I went to get my laptop fixed. Very unacceptable and unprofessional. All he had to do was to request a reveiw !
