I went there by just checking google reviews, there is no shop , no board nothing , I think someone is running business from home and because of halloween decoration I couldnt see any board, nothing so returned back
I went here about a month ago. He was able to fix my pc fairly quickly too quickly as I approached him I asked him what had went wrong as the wifi symbol was not showing. He stated he could not tell his secrets or he wouldn’t get paid. I found that odd because I did not ask for the solution I just wanted to know what had gone wrong. But I left it alone. I told him that I had just wanted confirmation that it would not happen again he said that he was certain that it would not and if it did he would walk me through how to fix it on the phone and would not require me to bring it back in. When I asked how much he stated how much should I charge you as he thought to him self. He stated should I charge you a lot ok give me one hundred. Of course the wifi symbol ended up going away again and I reminded him of the agreement we made. He stated that I would have to bring it in and after he looks at it he would tell me if there is a price or not. I immediately decided to take it elsewhere where I was charged twenty dollars because of course it was a quick fix. I will never go here again i am a student and to be honest taking advantage of people that may not be aware or not even trying to explain the issue is poor customer service the one star is because it worked for a month. I am thankful that I did not review right away and waited.
My wife and I took our girls computer to Neil to fix. We dropped it off and 30 minutes later he sent us a message with the issues and cost to fix. He had it fixed and we picked it up within 24 hours of dropping it off. Would highly recommend Neil for all your computer needs.
