I took my laptop to this place because the keyboard was not working. They kept my laptop for over a month, telling me they are ordering a new keyboard from Microsoft. They charged me $200.00 to supposedly replace the keyboard. So why did I get my laptop back and it is the same old keyboard. My laptop is only a year old...so fairly new, thinking now I think it was just one of the keys we're stuck. I don't even think they are a real computer repair shop. I truly think it's a front for something else.. I was not satisfied at all.
I haved scanned my documents from here.They are very good in their work . The girl who worked here have a great skills of dealing with people as well as she is very calm of nature. Overall it was a great experience.

Just called to ask a few questions about pricing on laptop repairs, the lady who answered is so rude and has no regard for customer service. Please don't go here. Spend your money elsewhere.
Took 3 week to fix my item which turned out to still be broken. Brought it back and have waited another 2 weeks and have not been contacted since. Its been over 5 weeks and I still dont have it back. If you want your computer fixed quickly go somewhere else because they clearly are in no rush to service your products... Bringing back an item the next day that was not fixed does not classify as asking for a free repair.
