Went into this store and was treated very poorly. The lady who runs this store not sure if she is the owner is very rude to customers and likes to yell at them when they don't want the product. would like to give ZERO STAR
Very rude lady.... also I went on Saturday the price of a thing was 35$ as i didn't buy coz I was not sure of size but asked the person that I will confirm size and buy tomorrow . Then i went on Sunday there was a lady the price jumped tp 56 $ on sunday for same thing.if it was not my immediate need I would have never ever run next day to buy same thing. On the top the behavior was so rude. As soon as I mentioned about the price she picked up the thing and put it back to hanger and start fumbling about the person on duty on Saturday... it's purely unprofessional and poor customer service. Don't even deserve a star.....
A Dream Dress Found, Thanks to Sandra at Water Lily! After a very disheartening start to our graduation dress shopping trip at another store (Paparazzi Kids) in Bramalea City Centre, we almost gave up. Thankfully, we made our way to Water Lily, located conveniently near Baskin-Robbins on the second floor, and met the incredible Sandra. Sandra completely turned our day around. My daughter had been quite sad after the previous negative experience at Paparazzi Kids, but Sandra's warm and welcoming demeanor immediately put her at ease. She was incredibly accommodating, patient, and truly helpful. Sandra didn't just show us dresses; she listened intently to my daughter's vision for her dream dress. She asked specific questions about colours, material, shape, and the overall look my daughter was going for, paying close attention to every detail that mattered to her. It was so refreshing to see her prioritize my daughter's desires over anyone else's opinions. We tried on several beautiful dresses, and with Sandra's expert guidance, my daughter found THE dream dress! It had every element she was looking for, making her feel absolutely radiant. Sandra even went above and beyond by suggesting shoes to match. While they didn't have her size in stock, she kindly offered to follow up with us later in the week when new stock arrived. On top of all this, the pricing was very, very reasonable. Sandra's kindness and genuine dedication made this a truly memorable and positive experience. She didn't just help us find a dress; she helped create a cherished graduation memory. We can't recommend Water Lily and Sandra enough!
I’ve been looking every where for a dress for my daughter. Sandra is such a sweet woman, she understood exactly what I was looking for and pulled so many options to show us, we ended up going with one of her suggestions and i’m thrilled! My baby is going to look so beautiful! So many options and the prices are very reasonable!
Customer service AMAZING!! They have every dress for every occasion for both girls and boys one stop for the kids. And if you’re looking for custom made dresses they do that as well ! They are located near the baskin-Robbins upstairs.
Today I went to the mall looking for dress shoes and I decided to go to Water lilly. I asked the employee for a pair of dress shoes and she gave me 2 pairs of shoes and they did not fit. After that she was kicking me and my grandma out of the store saying we don't have anything for you go to a different place. I got defend and left the store but there was no rush for me to leave the store because she had no customers. I am really disappointed and will not go back. The lady had two little braids in her hair and was wearing a red top and blue jeans. I will never go back and I will tell my family and friends never to go to Water lilly ever again. July 5 , 2023
The Owner of Water Lily have a heart of Gold., her clothes is amazing, they last for a very long time, I bought clothes for my two sons, when they were kids, today they are both in there late 20's and I given my nephews the clothes I bought from Sandra, which still looks brand new. Her service, her honesty and her attitude is great, she always makes you feel welcome and is always greets with a smile or "Hi Love" or "Sweet Heart"
