On Saturday June 7 employee named christina was being rude to her co workers. She was constantly giving orders on what needed to be done in a rude tone, if you are delegating the work you should be able to help them instead of standing in a corner and complaining while they try their best. Not a good look carters, very disgusted by this behaviour. I also watched her make faces at a child that was crying. You work at a kids clothing store, learn to deal with simple things like this. Left without buying anything because I felt overly uncomfortable and will never come back to this location.
Will not be coming back to this location. Manager Christina was very rude and gave attitude. I have witnessed her being rude to her employees as well as me too. She definitely should not be a manager there.

She went above and beyond for me to ensure my baby girl got these snowpants and normally I dont write reviews but she took such good care of me i had to? not even sure this will reach her boss but I hope it does because she is an ICON
I have great experience to shop at this loca tion, The manager (Christi) and Simran is very helpful to browse you the store. Its my go to place for online pickup as well. Very friendly and fun loving staff and manager.
Worst customer service, just now did a pickup and the customer service rep did not even had the courtesy to talk to me and ask me about my query. She gave the bag and start to attend a different customer. Will never go to this place again.
OMG , they have a very good collection of.dresses for kids, and staff are very friendly and explain patiently to the questions we ask . But only the complaint I have is that they must showcase all the designs they have . May due to place constrain , most of them are not show cased properly.
