Love this place!What really stood out was the amazing service from their staff, in particular their manager Sara. She was very helpful and kind. She was amazing at her work and her customer service was what it should be at every store . Thank you for your attentiveness and care for us . Purchases the most adorable outfits for kids- the attendant Ganan was super helpful and patient with me as I had to return a second time! Great customer service and high-quality beautiful garments. Would definitely return for future events and recommend.
We went to exchange a dress in the shop. Experienced a very poor customer service. The lady was very rude. She even doesn’t know how to handle a customer. Very bad experience.
I came here on the weekend to buy a baptism dress, after looking online i showed the lady behind the counter the one i wanted, after she brought it to me i noticed it was $30.00 more in store, i asked if she would match her online price and she said no and told me to buy online. When i got home that evening, decided to buy online and noticed price was changed to match the store price. That is shady and will never buy here.
We went to Paparazzi last Thursday night looking for a flower girl dress for my niece, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. As we were browsing, a lady who works there told us we were only allowed to try on five dresses. We found this quite odd — are customers supposed to come back another day if they don’t like the first five? Then, when we went into the change room, we were asked to remove our shoes even though the carpet didn’t look very clean. The worst part was when my sister picked up a dress, and the same lady suggested she should think about it because of the price. The way she said it came across as very rude, almost as if she was implying we couldn’t afford it. When we confronted her about her comment, she just said, “Please don’t take this personally.” If it wasn’t for the poor customer service, we probably would have bought a dress — they do have some nice ones. But the attitude of the staff completely ruined the experience. Luckily, we ended up going to Water Lily, where the staff were kind, helpful, and made us feel welcome. We found the perfect dress there! Overall, Paparazzi was not a great experience, and I would not recommend this store to anyone.
Awful experience! We went to this store excited to find a flower girl dress, but the salesperson was extremely rude from the start. She told us we could only try on five dresses even though the store was empty and she acted like she did not want us there. The worst part was when she asked if we could even afford a dress, which was so disrespectful. When we confronted her about that comment, she apologized in a rude way and said, "Do not take it personal." Well, after reading other reviews, I can see it is not personal, it is just her way of pushing clients away. I honestly wonder if she even likes her job or wants to make a sale. We left even though we liked one of the dresses and found another store nearby in the same mall where they were kind, welcoming, and let us try on as many dresses as we wanted (we just tried 2). We ended up buying a beautiful dress there instead.
Amazing store. Got what I wanted and Nilofar helped me a lot in making me decide the dress I was looking for my son. She is really nice and knows her job. Would highly recommend.
