The manager was very unprofessional and very rude to me as a customer. I came to do a return and to purchase more items she started to argue with me that I can’t return any items that I bought with my money. An I asked her to explain to my the reasoning on why I can’t return the items. When the purchase was made less than 30 of purchase and she continued to be rude and argued with me. And for her to be a black cashier or manager which I see less frequently she was a bad representation of this community. Rate my experience 1/10 only because the other cashier was polite and tried to do a proper job of helping me.
Best shop for newborns, toddler and kids clothes. I always purchased clothes for my toddler from here. No complaints regarding clothes. Prices are also comfortable. In the sale section of Carter you can get best one clothes. I love this shop.. very easy to choose clothes from this shop. According to age you can get different section. Poor customer service. I went there for exchange some gift clothes. I gave her two receipts.Cashier didn’t even ask me what i want she did refund immediately without been told. Instead of feeling sorry she start doing arguing.
Not much variety as in some other outlets and sold out too soon, too much, and never restock on time. Do not always get all the sizes, like the store is located in a mall. They should expect a lot of demand.
