Went in to get some items for Christmas for my son. Wonderful customer service! Sherry was especially helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! She made my shopping experience easy and delightful. Will definitely be back to shop there soon!
Every time I call, they answer all ny questions look for the product im looking for, or give me details of what im in search of. Nothing but great customer service at this location and very tidy.
Two stars just because of one white lady over there otherwise I was going to give 5 stars for this.. today I visited this store with my 2 kids and white lady working there gave me very weird look instead of greeting us.. I always shopped from this store and Staff seems so nice.. i am giving 2 stars because of nice service by black women she was soo good to customers
They have nice clothes but can be pricey. Oshkosh stuff tends to size big so will last a long time, so worth it to pay more. I can usually get one or two years out of these clothes. Check the clearance and sales racks. Can get wonderful stuff at good prices. Good way to buy off-season.
Easily a 5 star. The store is not busy, well stocked and has enough space to move around my stroller. Staff is friendly, informative and helpful. The store is kept neat and tidy and SIZED!! A very enjoyable shopping experience. Thanks and will see you all again soon.

Should be less than 0. On 06/05/2020 We stood in the line for over 30 minutes and white lady told my dad, my baby brother that you will be able to enter in store by 6:00PM but if you cant get in by then you will have to come back later, my dad agreed to stay in line and when our turn came at 5:50pm out of 3 of us she only allowed 1 person in and told my dad that you only have 10 minutes to finish shopping and leave store. My dad said I cannot leave my kids outside and then 10 minutes are not enough. He is sad and I felt because I am Muslim and wear hijab white lady discriminated against me. Thinking about complaining to higher ups too, we have equal rights as others regardless of our skin color and religion. I will ask my community to boycott Carter's. Do not know how to escalate any assistance will be greatly appreciated here. My brother was sad because we wanted to buy his 4th birthday clothes for him and we were forced to leave empty handed just because of our race. How do I explain him this, my dad had tears in his eyes while driving, Very bad Carter.
