The female manager makes this whole place kinda suck, her attitude doesn’t belong in a CUSTOMER SERVICE setting. This location sucks stay away! The people there barely know anything about the products, I had to switch locations because of how terrible her service is.
Luke and Victoria are very great at customer service. They always make me fell at home with their warm hearts. Please hire more workers like them. Hopefully more workers take after these wonderful people. 5 star

I just wanted to shout out the top Value Budtender (in my eyes at least) Luke. Very chill, extremely helpful and seems like a cool cat to work with overall. Been helping me and my homies pick new strains every time we visit which may be why we continue to come back.
They locked the doors 10:50 pm when closing 11 pm and don’t want to serve. Need to hire new ppl that can do better. CEO check out for you’re selfs. Selfish can’t stay open 10 mins more
Good knowledgable staff. Some need an attitude adjustment. Front door situation is extremely horrible. As you can tell I’m not the only one who points this out. They’ll leave you waiting there for 5 minutes. You should only have to show ID at checkout.
Staff is knowledge and approachable, shows they are trained well. Big shout out to my guy Ty, has never steered me wrong he’s a major reason why I go out of my way for this location. Great job hiring this individual! No issues with price or product and stellar customer service!!!
