This place always has what I need. I usually take oil and mix it into my food (yogurt or Mac n cheese or something ) and then eat my dinner. The people are kind and informative, and the cutie working the counter today convinced me to get the 15% discount. All in all, it was a great experience.
Don't come in if you are in a rush, the customer base here don't know what they want and expect the counter staff to help them. Expect 20 min delay in the event anyone ahead of you in line don't know what they want
Definitely my go to dispensary. Theyre included in the ‘Spark’ rewards program, getting discounts from 5%-20% off (depending on the points saved up). Have a variety of products available and are usually in stock, though I usually come in for carts. All of the staff are welcoming and ready to help with your order. My favourite employees are Vami and Harsh, feel like they enjoy being at work and are ready to spark up a conversation, energy is always high. Would recommend this location forsure
Visiting from Florida, the selection was great,customer service great,u tell her what u want then she goes to this hole and tells the lil invisible magical weed fairy what u want and just like that your on your way happy as can be to smoke freely anywhere without being threaten to end up in jail,I'm high right now,I love this place oh canada
I sent my gf in to shop for me and she said the vibe at Ganjika House is immaculate! The store is decorated nicely, the selection is solid, and the atmosphere is super chill. The small girl at the counter was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience smooth. Definitely one of the best dispensaries around B town!
I’ve been a regular at Ganjika House for some time, but my most recent experience with a newly hired female staff member has left me completely appalled. While it's reasonable for staff to ask for ID, her handling of the situation was beyond unprofessional and frankly, disrespectful. When I went to purchase with a friend, I was initially told that I couldn’t be served because I didn’t have my ID on hand, which is understandable. However, what followed was incredibly frustrating: despite the fact that one member of our group didn’t have ID, the staff member chose to serve my friend instead (WITHOUT CHECKING OR ASKING FOR HIS ID) making it clear she was willing to break protocol for some, but not others. When we politely stated we’d rather take our business elsewhere, this staff member had the audacity to ask me to leave to serve my friend. This type of inconsistency and blatant disrespect is completely unacceptable, especially when you're a regular customer. It makes no sense to treat regular customers with such disregard. I understand that new hires might need time to settle in, but this level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. It’s hard to justify giving any business to a place where the staff is so inconsiderate and selective. I sincerely hope management takes this complaint seriously and addresses the behavior of their new staff as we have NEVER had ANY issue, bad experience or concerns prior.
Horrible service,never on time with my order. The people working there are never helpful,and this is my last time ordering from them. I will also tell people not to order from you guys. My oder is always late and they never give discounts . They always blame on not having enough drivers,that's not my fault nor does it have anything to do with me. I can purchase for other places but I chose you and because of the horrible service I won't buy from this dispensary anymore
