recently purchased a vape from Spirieaf Canada, and it was defective right away. When I returned to the store to request an exchange, the staff refused to help. One of the employees, who introduced himself as Preet and claimed to be the owner, was extremely rude and confrontational. Instead of providing assistance, he raised his voice, acted aggressively, and made me feel unsafe—almost as if the situation could turn physical. This was an unacceptable experience. I went in expecting proper customer service for a faulty product, but instead I was treated with disrespect. Based on this experience, I do not feel comfortable returning and would not recommend this location.and last time nate treated me amazingly but this guy preet is not fit to work for customer service
Go buy from here, you won’t be disappointed. Such quick service, afforadable prices, and my favourite part- the staff. Always feel so welcomed coming here. Thank you Amish and the rest of you lovely humans!! Janelle and jessica are great!!
