I was told there’s no refund on vapes bought even if there not working with proof. Thats very sad how this company operates because there are many other reviews about poor customer service practices involving issues of this manner. Take your business anywhere else because even the owner and management who reply to these reviews knows this kind of service is 1 star.
These guys are my monthly go to for all my needs. I find their pricing to be very reasonable and they offer same day delivery in Mississauga and they are very reliable. Their customer service is really exceptional with some really knowledgeable staff that has good insight into the products they have available and then add also helpful in selections alternatives to your usual when it’s unavailable or just when you are feeling adventurous. I have been shopping here for probably almost two years now and plan to continue going forward. Keep it up guys!
I would just like to thank the team at the cannabis guys at the Brampton location and at the Godrich location. They had a bong I wanted and the team was so accommodating and helpful to get me the bong that I really wanted after searching everywhere. Extremely attentive to their customer service! This location is definitely worth a visit! The online ordering process was straightforward, pick up at the store was quick and easy with friendly approachable staff but the product I got was supposed to be 50 individual pieces and they were all melted together so I’m not thrilled about that. Maybe take the time to be aware of temperatures when storing or receiving the products.
