As always, this place fails to disappoint me. Every staff member I've spoken to has been kind and insightful. Everyone is so nice and they're so damn helpful. I recommend this place for new consumers who don't really know what they're looking for.
One star for customer interaction. I started using cartridge recently and I bought two of them. After use I felt like scratch feeling in my throat while consuming it. Chatgpt said it's because of cheap quality of product and It's between 14 days, so I decided to replace both and get something premium from SPRITLEAF's advice. I was expecting some empathy, solution and advice. But I felt the employees were not trained, specially the lady She needs to work on her listening and engagement. She likes yapping unnecessary. She's the one who created confusion. They miss judged me that I was there for REFUND but actually I was there for UPGRADE. Of course I would be expecting a bit of negotiation but under the circumstances. I was expecting proper guidance and right product which suits me. But instead of that they guys start playing with emotion. oh!!! you're vape isn't good ohh!!! do yo have the packaging, at first I said no and the guys was like oh then we can't do anything, we need package but then I realized its in the car but then also he said we can't do anything. And the lady, she really made me pissed off. she's such a lame she started passing comments like a baby while I was going back after realizing that they are judging me and not tried to understand that I was there for a premium product. I was already had account. I've bring the serious issues of throat. I believe that would have taken diligently. We could have worked on this issue in a better way. The product was also barely used.
I decided to stroll into Spiritleaf at 110 Brickyard on a whim after noticing how many people stop by and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and beautifully laid out. The store has such a sophisticated and refreshing vibe, modern, cozy, and unlike anything I’ve personally seen in a cannabis store before. Angela, my sales associate, was an absolute delight. She was calm, patient, and attentive to everything I needed. Her friendly and knowledgeable demeanor made the experience even better. Aurora was also very mellow and kind, contributing to the overall chill vibe. One feature I really loved was the self-serve iPads around the store, where you can browse products and place your order right from the screen, then pick it up at the front. Or, if you’re like me and prefer chatting, you can simply speak with the amazing staff. The product selection is diverse and easy to navigate, and the entire setup is just cute. (Yes, I said it cute! But I’m a girl, everything’s cute.) This place really raised my spirits lol no pun intended. I’ll definitely be returning. Thank you, Spiritleaf, for creating such a relaxing and positive environment.
Amazing place. Staff is so friendly. I usually go during the day and Angela is the best. So helpful and knowledgeable. I’m there so often that when I go in everybody already knows what I want. Great, great team of people
I should have done this so long ago but I rate this store the best of all three locations in Brampton. I have been going to this location for a long time with my dogs. and have always felt welcome. iv met all employees and they are all great staff you guys really know what your doing. and most importantly they always treat you like a friend you haven't seen in a while. manager your doing great keep it up!!! personally rate them 10/5 stars love this location
Great staff, good prices, come here around 2-3 times a week and I am always impressed with their great service and knowledge of the product. Recommend checking it out if you’re in the area.
There's a good reason why this place has 5 stars! Friendliness goes a long way. My boyfriend and I love all the Spiritleaf locations but this one is my favorite! The girls at this location are the best and we never go anywhere else! If they don't have something you're looking for they will do their best to get it in. The customer service is amazing and all the staff are friendly and helpful! I would give 10 stars if I could
