Horrible locations, half the time nobody is in store during hours. Waited 5 mins outside before leaving. Selection sucks and bud tenders don’t know what they’re talking about. Just drive a little further to the woods down the street, SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY
This place is so conveniently close. Best prices for a OCS run dispensary and a huge selection. The staff is very friendly and they always suggest good strains—not just the products they wanna sell. Shoutout to The Big guy Chris !! Hes easy to talk to!! Just a chill guy?
Amazing customer service from the employees, they helped me decide on my purchase and I have no regrets! They took their time and listened to what I wanted and gave me that:) 10/10 would recommend.
The guy at the counter is unnecessarily rude as if he doesn't want to talk to you. He shows himself very busy and acts as if we are wasting his time. He starts acting irritated if you ask him about a product and act as if we will snatch the item and run away with it. Very disrespectful behaviour.
I recommend firstly based on customer service, Chris is always friendly. Its honestly due to my first customer service experience. Chris was very helpful and he had patience with my questions. All staff at the location on Financial and Steeles are really friendly and welcoming. They always have a variety of pre-roll options, and decent prices. Keep up the AMAZING service High Buzz!
Always a good experience walking to his HiBuzz location. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Chris is awesome, always has the best suggestions and plays the best tunes. Only place I got to now.
Customer service was not the best. Followed staff recommendations which I never have an issue, ended up getting a strain completely different in species that what the sales associate has told me. Not a terrible place but considering surrounding markets having rewards programs as well (hibuzz does not offer any sort of reward program, or at least any that I was made aware of)
