I placed an order today for a product that showed as available online, but it turns out to be sold out (website just doesn't work properly). I’m now being told I have to wait 5–10 days to get my money back, which is unacceptable for a mistake on YOUR end. I’d like to know if there’s any way to process the refund sooner or offer store credit so I’m not out the money for over a week. I’ve been a loyal customer and this experience really doesn’t reflect well on your brand. Incredibly disappointing and frustrating.

Completely garbage store . Rudest staff ever in Brampton. Scam you for money. I went for exchange on a vape which turned out to be completely defected. They said they cannot help me with that. I just left the store and lost $40 at this garbage store. Frauds!
