The current manager Ashley has poor customer service and is very rude. I would not recommend this location as she does not even have experience and patience to make a recommendation but rather direct you to read the wall. We want Justin back he was fantastic with customers and is a pleasure to deal with. On November 24th I went to this location again to make a purchase. As I was walking out of the store almost at the exit, the second employee that did not serve me yelled from behind the counter and asked if my name was Michelle and identified herself as Ashley. She made a point to identify that I was the one to make the review and proceeded to have a confrontation with me inside the store. She even directed me that maybe I should shop at another location. I felt ambushed and didn't appreciate the confrontation so I'm here updating my review.
Came in today for a visit, Justin helped me out HUGE!!! Customer Service Extraordinaire! Thank you for you help and great service, someone needs to promote this guy!!

Been of value buds so many times but this location is sucks. No manners to attend customer, discrimination they don’t check everyone’s id but only to specific people they give the reason of they look old. Stupid B.S
I was over at Shawarma Corner grabbing a bite to eat. I decided to walk over to value buds to check for something I wanted from the loud plug. As I got closer to the store I noticed that two employees were out side, one was sitting the other was standing. Both of the employees were looking at their phones not talking so I assumed they were waiting for an Uber after their shift change. I walked right up the the door and pulled it to go inside but it was locked. The employee sitting at the door emerged from out of her phone and said “it’s closed”. I looked at her then continued to look at the store hours to figure out why. As the confusion continued she then finally decided to tell me there’s a tiny sign on the door that hardly legible that explains the power is out. I asked her why she didn’t just say so before I got to the door and her response was she told me three times that the power is out. I then told her that I came to buy some product and to not to spoken to like I’m interrupting her phone time. I’m very happy the power was out because customers shouldn’t be spoken to in that manner. I would not want to spend money here after that experience

This store is huge! Also, they didn't have the item I wanted so they checked the stock in the other store and even called the other store to reserve an item for me. Fantastic customer service, will return!!
