Only Jaushan and the guy with the long hair show proper customer service, everybody else acts like it’s a chore when you walk in? Why do they want to work there and be rude and have an attitude all the time. Go work where your people are located if you don’t want to work in Brampton it’s simple. Never going back I’m paying you money why u gotta show an attitude all the time.
Went in today and did not have a pleasant experience. The Lady in specific spoke to customers very condescendingly nor wasn’t very knowledgeable with the selection available. Not very pleasant customer service skills
We called asking for a specific product, they said they had it in stock. We asked them to put it on hold for us and that we would be there within the hour. When we showed up we asked them if they had it. The man behind the counter said yes , then said no we don’t have it in stock. Then proceeded to laugh about it. Extremely unprofessional. And very unfortunate because we wasted our time getting there for nothing.

CROWN LEAF Dispensary has been my Go 2 place to get all my kush.. The Customer Service from all employees that work at the front have been so great to me .. There able to answer all my question for anything when ever i ask.. Overall best dispensary , better then the ones i been to in Toronto and Downtown and in Scarborough .. You guys actually deserve more then 5 Stars.. Thank you for providing great service :):) …
