Your staff is exceptional, however, your selection of products has depleted. My one major complaint is that you guys have NO HEAT what so ever in your establishment. It's winter, how do you expect your employees to work if they are freezing cold?! Your door is even broken and it just swings open if you are not careful and stays open. I don't think it's fair to your staff to be mistreated because you are too lazy to fix the heat. Do better by your staff please. They deserve to be fairly treated and to be taken care of.
Recommended me "TheLoudPlug" and said its as good as Tribal. Never buy TheLoudPlug products, its horrible and more costly than Tribal, DankCraft, IrisLabs. They dont even carry all those brands. Just a weak, disgusting $50 LoudPlug resin vape. Go somewhere else.
Use to be a daily costumer here but honestly they lost my buisness after today. You guys really need to hire better employees. Go down the road to Toka way better costumer service.
I’ve never had a negative experience here. They are so efficient that I don’t think I’ve even waited more than 5 minutes in line—even on a busy day! I want to give a special shout out to every single individual who works there, because they are all VERY chill, approachable, knowledge and friendly. They each have recommended new strains to me that I now consistently purchase/smoke. Their pricing is insanely affordable compared to other dispensaries and I find they get their inventory almost weekly. Overall, highly recommend this location!
Avoid this place!!! Their prices are double everyone else. Whatever costs $20 somewhere cost over $40.00 at this store. They don’t price math and have no shame towards their customers of course people are going to be nice to you walking in when it’s a complete rip off. I recommend any dispensary away from from Bovaird fully, go do to queen or Williams you may find better prices atleast. I’ve never seen such a money hungry store that sells prerolls for $17+ when the same pre roll I got cost me $4.95. Like I said this store has no shame.
this cantopia is the best dispensary in my opinion not only do they value new customers but they also care deeply for theyre reuturning customers, they make the experience so easy for beginners and have very good recomendations when you ask, to be honest i will never choose another dispo!
