Her positive energy and professionalism made the whole visit quick and comfortable. one of the better budtenders I’ve dealt with
Please don't buy weed from here. They are scammers. I paid for 0.5g of Peach Ringz, but they gave me 1g instead, charging me $25 for something that normally costs $19. I went back immediately to let them know, but they called me a liar and claimed I came back to exchange it, which is a complete lie. I then called the manager to explain that I had been distracted during the purchase because I was on a call, and that the only way I verified the product was through the amount I was charged. Instead of helping, the manager simply told me to 'pay attention next time.' Maybe consider hiring employees who are trustworthy and capable of doing their jobs properly. Of course you replied lying still proving my point that you guys are scammers.
Terrible customer service experience. Please do not ever go to this store. The budtender is very very rude. Look out for any other store but not this one. For the owner- please hire some good budtenders else you'll lose business. They'll say it's fake/spam review but it is 100% legit review.
The worst service of my life, whenever I want to buy here there are always problems, I came to buy at the same time as another person and since that person did not have their physical ID, they did not want to sell to me, every day I buy in this store I feel like I waste my time always coming here for nothing
Tiny store no parking as on main road in Burlington. Rep was friendly but unable to answer most my questions as he was new. Ended up grabbing the vape.
