This place is insane. Everytime I come into this place the south asian lady at the front can never cash me out properly. She charges me and then he system doesn't show it but my account reflects the transaction and she requested my banking information. This lady is insane. I will not come back here because of her and the customer service I have experienced here 4 time now. Save yourself and go to another place. Plenty out there
The brown girl is extremely rude, I went there to get capsules and I asked for hybrid, the brown girl was like oh oops I lied?¿ are you serious? I waited 15 minutes for her and she prioritized other customers over me, waiting 15 minutes is unacceptable. First she told me there’s no hybrid, then when I came up to her, she told me there’s hybrid with cbd. But first of all who says, “I lied” about a product. Maybe find someone who can respect customers and not waste everyone’s time there. Trash experience. And I’ve seen a lot of complaints of that brown girl, maybe hire someone who has some sense and respect.

Employee who work closing yesterday have bad tone and attitude and language toward punjabi customers. Guy says if you don't know selection maybe not come in my culture store. This not right it's everyone store not just for jamican .
Been going to the same store for over an year now. Today was something else, as i walked into the store and started browsing. This dude came up to me and told me that I am banned from the store and I should call back in a couple of hours to see if it’s me. He did not explain anything and kicked me out. 5 minutes later his colleague came and told me that it was a mistake and it’s cool. This guy didn’t even bother to apologize, ignored me after the incident. Last thing a black man should do is racially profile someone else, bro idk who are you, idgaf who are you. But how bout you man up and say sorry after u kicked me out? I’m never going back again.
Absolutely love the selection and layout of the store here! Staff is great and knowledgeable shouts out to the girl with the glasses I think her name was Addy if i remember correctly she’s awesome.
This location needs to consider a few things when hiring staff, customer service, product knowledge, how to answer questions , ect. I Bought a membership in a mississauga location a month ago, had one of the best experiences I've ever had in a cannabis store, Today at the airport road store in brampton was one of my worst experiences in a cannabis store. Very poor customer service The entitlement and ignorance was unreal.
