Unprofessional, Rude, and Zero Customer Service I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Wrench Auto Tech. A few weeks ago, I had some mechanical issues repaired on my vehicle. Less than 2–3 weeks later, the same issues came back, which is unacceptable for any professional mechanic shop. When I went back for a follow-up and walked in with my car, I was shocked at how I was treated. The receptionist had a terrible attitude, showed no respect, and clearly had zero customer service skills. She acted like helping a customer was a burden, and didn’t even know how to talk professionally. After waiting far too long, a mechanic (who I was told is the brother of the owner or manager) came out. Instead of trying to help or understand the issue, he approached me yelling, being extremely rude, and even gave me hand signs to leave the reception area. The whole situation was aggressive, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. This is not how you treat people — especially not customers who trusted you with their car and paid for a repair that clearly wasn’t done right. I would never recommend Wrench Auto Tech to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually respects their customers and stands behind their work
I dont recommend people to go.Very disrespectfull,rude staff, dont know how to talk to customer,very high pitch. Paid them for dignostics but they created another issue in my car and had to pay again someone else to fix there mistake although when i went back to let them know about it and the inconvience i had coz of them they totally denied and held no apologizes for that and took away the part they fixed in my car 3 week later not even giving me my old part. The mechanic who worked on it accepted his mistake at first in front of me and installed the part and again messed up breaking the other part and then i had to wait 2 more weeks to get that part but later when i went there to get that broken part fixed the other mechanic took away the part i already had in my car for more then 3 weeks and the part that there own shop mechanic installed in my car accepting his mistake. Taking out my time to give this review coz i dun want people to go waste there time with them.There are alot more mechanic shops out there who would value you as a customer. One mechanic who fixes my car screws up then apologizes for his mistake gets my car issue sorted but then makes another part breakage and when i go back there after 3 weeks other mechanic who has nthing to do with it comes forward talks disrespectfully tells them to take out the fixed part already installed by his own shop mechanic and then tells me to pay for the part literally after 3 weeks .Out of know where putting me in a situation and telling me to go somewhere else and get it fixed now if u dun wanna pay. How you feel when someone fixes ur car throws the old part and screws up while fixing and u give them time to order the new one and put it there coz u broke it and then when u go back there to get the broken part fixed they take out the part they installed before and then dun even return u the old part. So if u knew at first that u r not wrong then y did u even installed the part and once u did it then y took it out after. No coordination amongst the staff .I felt miserable .Wasted alot of my precious time waiting for mechanic and the parts. Not accountable for there mistakes . Felt disappointed
I own a Mercedes GL350, and recently my car's AC stopped working. I took it to one auto repair shop, where they replaced the compressor and spent an entire day trying to diagnose the issue. Unfortunately, they couldn't figure out why the AC was still not working. Frustrated, I took my car to a second shop, but after spending several hours on it, they also couldn't find the problem. Finally, I found WRENCH AUTO TECH. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by their professionalism and customer service. I was greeted by a very nice and honest young lady at the reception, who made the whole process smooth and reassuring. They have the best diagnostic machines, and experienced mechanic and within an hour, they pinpointed and fixed the issue with my car's AC. I am incredibly impressed with the service at WRENCH AUTO TECH. They are reliable, efficient, and truly experts in their field. If you're looking for a trustworthy and skilled auto mechanic shop, I highly recommend WRENCH AUTO TECH. They solved a problem that two other shops couldn't, and I am very happy and satisfied with service.
Very honest mechanic. I took my vehicle there many times and I enjoyed knowing I brought my 2005 lincoln project for vishal to fix and i spent around $4000 to fix. Many time he said they dont make the parts so scrap it. he suggested my vehicle was too old and I am wasting too much money in to it. He also suggested that I should buy I new vehicle because it is easier for him to fix. So I bought a brand new Honda civic and he has not had my business for 5 years. I now take my truck to a new mechanic who want old vehicles to work on because new vehicles don't go to the mechanic. My new mechanic find all the parts with no issue.
Very honest, professional and friendly people. My car had the airbag warning light on. Upon checking they said the airbag control module has to be changed. Its a costly part and I was ready to change it from them since its a safety concern. Instead of making me pay for that, they gave me the report and asked to check with Honda if there is any recall or anything for this issue/part. I did and luckily ithad 15 years of warranty and i got it replaced free of cost.
AC stopped working in my JX35 and Dealer said there is a leak in Rear Hoses. Quoted $2300. Took it to Wrench Auto Tech and happy with the service provided by them. Vishal called and explained the issue and he was not able to find the leak. He said for a 10yr old SUV with two AC units, minor AC leaks are possible and if it happens again, we can patch the rear AC line to save money on major repairs. Overall had positive experience from this shop !
Had a good conversation with owner but kinda difficult to have appointments. Its hard because on website it doesn’t show which slot is available or not
