OK, so I took my vehicle there to get some work done on it and they told us to come and pick it up and if we didn’t pick up the vehicle, it would be told OK no problem we went and pick up the vehicle. My husband realized it was making a lot of funny noise. We were not paying attention to it that much because it’s a holder vehicle OK so this morning my husband want to take it to do some other work on it to a different mechanic and the guy was asking my husband do you know that the Cadillac converter is missing and O2 sensor? So my husband said to the mechanic what and he was asking my husband is the car making this kind of sounds like yeah, but I wasn’t paying attention to it and so from the time we took it to this mechanic shop here which is.Cruz’n Auto service Ltd from the time my husband pick up the car from their shop. We haven’t drove it. It has been park in the basement. This car is not properly fixed yet so we have them we have another car so we don’t drive this one because there’s some stock work need to be done on it so it’s been parked in the basement. We haven’t drive it nowhere else, but this mechanic shop back to the basement And to find out this morning that the parts on the car are missing and we called the mechanic shop to tell them what happened and the owner would not take responsibility for so be very careful of these mechanic shops they cannot be trusted. I see people live in comment yeah but mine is my experience is different from theirs and that part that’s missing on the car that’s almost $2,000 Some people would say it’s just $2000 in the first place. They have no right to remove the parts from our car and telling us it was not from their shop. We didn’t bring the car anywhere else. It was from their shop to our basement and we have camera in the basement so we know it was not from the basement . Be very careful guys especially you have a Honda

Great place. Would recommend. Took my car there because it would not start. They quickly diagnosed and got my car going. I went there because I was going through after market warranty I purchased when I bought the car used. I had previously not known about this shop. I am grateful Iearned about this place. They went above and beyond by finishing a repair that started myself prior to bring my car there.
