I am absolutely furious with the so-called “service” I received at this garage. I brought my car in specifically because the heat wasn’t working, and after keeping my vehicle and charging me $150, they handed it back claiming the issue was fixed. What a joke. The heat is still not working at all — not even a little — which means they clearly didn’t bother to diagnose the issue properly. It’s honestly unbelievable that a garage can take people’s money, do nothing meaningful, and then confidently declare the job done. This kind of behavior shows a complete lack of professionalism, responsibility, and respect for customers. I left feeling cheated, misled, and incredibly frustrated. No one should have to pay good money for absolutely nothing. I strongly believe experiences like this need to be reported to consumer-protection authorities, because people deserve better than this kind of careless, sloppy, and unacceptable service. I will never return, and I strongly warn others to stay far away from this place.
I visited One Stop Auto yesterday regarding an issue with my car’s AC. I informed them that the blower motor was not working and requested a proper check-up along with an estimate for the repair. They quoted me $500, which was beyond my budget, so I clearly told them that I would get it done another time and to leave it for now. All they did was take my car inside, start the engine, and turn the AC on. No proper diagnosis, no detailed inspection, and no explanation of what they checked. After I informed them that I would not be proceeding with the repair, they charged me $60, calling it an “inspection fee.” I genuinely do not understand what inspection was performed because I saw nothing more than them starting the car. I have never experienced this at any other shop. Most places do not charge an inspection fee unless they actually perform a proper diagnostic check. Even safety inspections are more transparent and professional than what I experienced here. This was my first visit, and it turned into a completely disappointing experience. Moving forward, I will not return to this shop, and I will also make sure to inform my friends and others to avoid this place. Additional Concerns: • There was no communication before applying the inspection charge; they should have informed me in advance. • No written report, no findings, and no explanation were provided for the amount charged. • The customer service was unprofessional and lacked transparency. • The overall attitude felt like they were more interested in charging fees than actually helping the customer.
