Horrible experience with this business, not professional at all what so ever. I came for a service, ended up leaving having more problems then i did. They broke my window visor as well, asked if they could pay for that and they said it was a "$40.00 aftermarket part, go buy it yourself". They didn't put my door together like it should, my window doesn't roll up or down, my door doesn't lock anymore. Overall, horrible experience. DONT GO HERE!
Took my car for blower actuator repair and the guy took just 30 minutes for the job, but I was charged for 1.5 Hr of labour ( which is unfair. Scary part is, what if I am charged for 3 hours or more in future, although the work might take 30 minutes ). Even after asking the reason, got a vague reasoning about exceptional quality compared to other garage mechanics , so charging higher than mentioned rate ( sounds unprofessional and as if he had no valid reasoning ). Also, I repeatedly asked before repair about the probable cost which was misquoted. Not recommended at all.
