I went there to fix my car noise other week. Guy didn’t even took time to investigate properly and gave me hefty quote. I got it fixed in 100 bucks at other shop on same day. Don’t bother to go there instead go to Doaba auto service…..
Warning: Avoid Brampton Auto Service for any car repairs, especially transmission issues. The salesman’s pitch is convincing, but the service is deceptive and subpar. This shop couldn’t handle the job and cost me time and money. Save yourself the hassle—go to reputable shops like Woodbridge Transmission instead. I was quoted $160-$220 for a full transmission service, but all they did was a basic oil change with cheap oil—no flush, despite me specifically asking if they’d do one and being told no. They stalled to inflate labor costs and charged me $240. Worse, they misled me by recommending transmission oil changes every other engine oil change, which would never fix my issue, and claimed expertise they clearly lack. My problem persisted until I visited Woodbridge Transmission, who properly diagnosed and fixed it with a solenoid replacement, oil flush, and pressure adjustment. To Brampton Auto Service: Your overpriced, shoddy work and dishonest advice won’t go unnoticed. Customers deserve better than being misled.

Girls please never ever visit this location alone they steal my jbl headphone in my car trunk and I know they naver gonna accept it if someone bring car to your garage why are you sending our car to onther garage man are you gonna pay now I lost my thing it’s cost 400/450$ like seriously I went so many time other garage never ever happened anything like that .
Came here on 28Oct2023 for Rear disc pad change in my Civic 2019, they asked me for new rotors, I said Ok. But at 5pm at closing time on Saturday, they told me that Electric Parking brake is not working due to both electric Parking motor not working, while I came my electric parking brake was working properly, and they put problem in my car's Traction control, ABS, ACC, LKAS etc too. Came there on 30Oct Monday, they took 3 hours and this time they told me that Motors are Ok, but Car has electric system problem which wasn't enable car to put on Normal mode after Service mode through their Hardware for servicing, so this day. On 4thNov Saturday, took my car to OpenRoad Honda and they diagnosed and told me that worker (Brampton Auto) pulled the wiring harness underneath and made them short circuit while changed the Pads and rotor was the cause of the problem, they charged me 600 including 300 labor with both sides harnesses. So totally I paid 340$ to Wasif for rotor change and labour and 600$+ $300 to OpenHonda to solve the problem they(Wasif) had made. As they didn’t provide me a proper invoice I am unable to launch a complaint against them.
