I went to this place multiple times as my fuse was blowing up. Mechanics told me that we will give you extra fuses and you can put them up every time it blows out. Very bad place to go.
I don’t usually write negative reviews, but I’ve had the worst experience here..I got into an accident where the AC was damaged, I had to bring my car back to the shop more than 6 times because it was never fixed properly…last visit there I was told to come pick my car up after hours, only to get there to find my car was locked up in the shop…so not only did I have to make another trip back the next day but I had to call into work and go back home again without a car…absolutely ridiculous I don’t think the headache is worth it, I spent more time driving back and forth to the shop to get the one issue that should have been fixed the first time… and no rental was provided … save yourself the trouble
This is the absolute worst place in the entire GTA to ever take your car. Boban aka James Kochi knows less than you avout the cars. He outsourced my car to someone else to fix an alternator. All in all, 3-5 trips later, and countless dollars and heart aches i decided to file a complaint via OCOT (Ontario College of Trades) It is a simple process and I suggest everyone reading this to go file a complaint against this company if you suffered due to incompetence. Moreover, OCOT will assign an officer and they run the fight on your behalf.
I got my Mazda 3 back today, and it…. wass glorious! Rear bumper and hatchback door replaced, they also cleaned the interior and exterior, looks just like new. Excellent customer service, amazing staff, really happy with the end product. :) Derek & BEATRIX
Never ever go here thats too expensive they did nt tell you price then they charge you heavy money i went here for just cabin filter change i bought filter few days back and they charge me 20 bucks only just putting it back
Be careful of this place…. They will over charge you and charge you a different price when you go in to pick up the car. Never again for me, I don’t like being ripped off.
worst garage, terrible attitude, terrible work....did a bad alignment, made me wait more than 4 hours and than told me a whole bunch of lies. I brought the car to a different place the following weekend who promptly fixed the alignment. avoid this place. Just realized you responded to this review...it was blue honda civic hybrid, I waited 4 hours for you to fix it and you after promising you would, didn't. i have no need to defame your business, I don't own a competing one so why would i?
