Poor communication and wasted time. I called the day before to confirm a front-end repair and was told to come after 12 pm. I arrived at 1 pm and was told they were too busy and that I should have come at 12. I waited about 1 hour 30 minutes with no updates, then watched another car get taken in for an oil change ahead of me. I was then told they do not do alignments and could not say which exact part needed replacement, but they could replace both even though it would be a waste of my money. I left after roughly 1 hour 45 minutes with no work done.
I had an excellent experience with them. They were professional, honest, and provided top-notch service. My vehicle was repaired quickly and at a fair price. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy mechanics!
